While we are looking forward to meeting you in person, we do not accept walk-in appointments. EVERY appointment with a physician or nurse is pre-booked. Our office is not an urgent care center and any urgent medical concern should be seen at your nearest emergency department for urgent assessments.​

Dr. Furtado's patients are able to book in person, in advance appointments online. You may also call or email the office to book your appointment. Dr Furtado does not offer same day bookings. If you have a more acute issue please contact reception for direction.
Dr. Dawson's practice is booked by SAME DAY BOOKING. She has been running her practice with this system for 2 years; instructions are found here. Prebooking is available, approximately 5-6 weeks in advance. Same day booking does NOT show in advance, its VERY important to check her same day availability prior to trying to book. All Vaccines must have a booked appointment. DO NOT BOOK WITH PHYSICIAN FOR A VACCINE!
Please advise our reception desk if you have any cold, flu, signs of measles or COVID-19 symptoms BEFORE coming to our clinic!!
Communicating with Our Clinic
It may be difficult to reach us over the phone as our lines are very busy through the day, we appreciate your patience and respectful interactions with our staff. Please be aware that all patients of our clinic have signed our zero-tolerance policy for abusive and disrespectful behaviour. Any aggressive, disrespectful or rude behaviour toward our staff or physicians will result in dismissal from the practice.

For fast and secure communication, we ask that all of our patients use our HealthMyself portal to communicate with our administrators about non-urgent matters. Because we value your privacy, please do not send us an email with your personal medical information as we cannot guarantee that your information will not be intercepted by an unknown third party.

If you have an urgent concern, please visit your nearest emergency department or call 911. If you are uncertain whether or not your concern is urgent, a registered nurse at Telehealth Ontario is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
